Hazelnut chocolate spread

Not only children will love the spread!


  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 70 g honey
  • 100 g butter, soft, in pieces
  • 2 tbsp cocoa (20 g)


1. Put the hazelnuts in the mixing bowl, chop for 3 sec./speed 6 and toast carefully in a pan on the cooker over a medium heat until they take on some colour and are fragrant. Transfer the nuts to a plate and leave to cool.


2. Place the roasted nuts back into the mixing bowl and chop for 8 secs/speed 10.


3. Add the honey, butter and cocoa, mix for 15 sec./speed 4 and serve with bread or rolls.
