Cashew Milk

 Homemade Cashew Milk is done in 5 minutes. There are no additives and conservatives! I love it!


200 g raw cashews 

995 g water, divided

1 tbsp natural vanilla extract, pure


1. Place cashews and 200 g water into mixing bowl, place simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid and cook 10 min/100°C/speed 1. Remove simmering basket and set aside.

2. Add remaining 795 g water and vanilla, insert measuring cup and start Blend function/1 min. Line simmering basket with a nut milk bag and place into a large bowl. Pour mixture into prepared simmering basket. Strain mixture through nut milk bag (squeezing to extract all liquid). Transfer to glass bottles, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Store milk in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Serve cold.
