Sardines and tomato dip

Ingredients

25 g shallotor 25 g spring onion

1 tbs hopped fresh chives

100 g chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil

2 tins of sardines in tomato (canned) (approx. 160 g)

100 g cream cheese

10 - 15 g freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 pinch of ground pepper

crackers, picks, toast or crudités for serving

PREPARATION

Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 5. With the spatula, lower the ingredients to the bottom of the bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 4. 

Pour into a bowl and serve with picks, crackers, toast or vegetable crudités.
