Hot? Fancy an ice cream? Then why not try a mango and coconut ice cream – it always tastes great and is very quick to make.
INGREDIENTS
300 g mango, frozen, chopped
30 g honey
90 g coconut milk
PREPARATION
1. Place the diced mango and honey in the mixing bowl, mix for 10 seconds at speed 7 and scrape down the sides with the spatula.
2. Add the coconut milk, stir for 30 seconds at speed 5 until creamy, and serve immediately.
